#JollofWars

I added my 2 cents to the West Africa #JollofWars at the ANDE West Africa Conference.

Jokes aside the concentration of change makers at the conference was phenomenal. The deep learning from the panels and keynotes, the discussions over lunch and the meeting the business partner you have been looking for accidentally while in the queue for coffee e.g. Tenemba Anna Samaké

The conference may have ended but the conversations are now just beginning. Looking forward to seeing how partnerships can be formed and how we continue to support the ecosystem.

At the ITC we have 25 tech start-ups with a focus on AgriTech and the 18 IT BPO companies that are in our cohort and further support the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Ghana and beyond.

An immediate impact is FMO – Dutch entrepreneurial development bank connecting the International Trade Centre to Impact Investing Ghana who have supported the ITC by introducing us to their Dealsource Africa platform to enable our cohort to get matched with impact investors https://lnkd.in/dP9bbt_R and also engaged with our Ecosystem Mapping Workshop.

The ITC Tech sector initiatives are happening in 11 countries in Africa so beyond Ghana whether Francophone, East Africa or South we are looking at working with you there.

Check out Tech Entrepreneurship in Africa to see what the ITC NTF V tech is up to.

Congratulations Kyle Newell, Ajoke Omoware. Em Ekong, and the whole team.
