Isaac Newton Acquah is a seasoned ecosystem enabler and innovation strategist whose career spans Europe and Africa. Trained in strategy, innovation, and technology, his work focuses on building bridges — between startups and institutions, policy and practice, capital and execution.
As Managing Partner of The Innovation Spark, Isaac leads advisory and programme delivery efforts supporting startups, corporates, public institutions, and development partners. His work includes ecosystem research, programme architecture, capacity building, and strategic advisory across emerging technology, digital trade, agribusiness, and the creative economy.
Alongside his advisory work, Isaac is an experienced public speaker, trainer, and moderator. He has delivered keynotes, executive trainings, and train-the-trainer programmes across multiple countries — engaging founders, SMEs, policymakers, investors, and senior corporate leaders. His sessions are valued for their clarity, practical grounding, and ability to translate complex ideas into actionable frameworks.
