Giving back has always been a core part of who I am, and I am grateful to be able to pay forward the wisdom and guidance I’ve received throughout my journey.
From my parents and siblings to various bosses and colleagues at startups, workplaces, and in the field, each has shaped who I am today. I’m particularly grateful to those who took the time to guide and challenge me, both older and younger.
There’s a saying that society succeeds when people plant trees under whose shade they may never sit. Mentorship, to me, is about planting those seeds and nurturing them to help build the next generation.
Nothing makes me prouder than witnessing the growth and success of those I’ve had the privilege to mentor.
I’m excited to see where their journeys take them and to continue supporting their development.
